A killed project for an educational video about greek philosopher, Epicurus. Epicurus’ philsophy of the world was rooted in friendship, in enjoying daily simple pleasures, and being close to nature. I wanted to design an animation that would grab the target audience’s attention (kids and teenagers) with bright, friendly colors. I decided to go for a collage style, to remain flexible with limited assets and to reference Matisse’s famous paper cut flowers and plants, which also refers back to Epicurus’ garden.
Landing page mockup to propose a future idea of an online community hub, to help educate and connect young people and students to philosophy.
